1. Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Xquisite By Design, we source our unique collections directly from specialised artisan and designer warehouses to bring you premium pieces at competitive prices.
2. Delivery Timelines
Because our items range from delicate aromatherapy to large statement furniture, delivery times vary by collection:
- Giftware, Aromatherapy & Wellness Collections: Typically processed and delivered within 5-8 business days.
- Furniture, Lighting & Large Home Décor: These items require specialist transport. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days. You will be contacted directly by our delivery partner to schedule a specific delivery window for larger furniture pieces.
- Order Cut-Off Time: All orders placed before 12:00 PM (Midday) GMT will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or over the weekend, will begin processing the following business day.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery requirements of your items and your delivery destination. The bands below are used to calculate delivery charges and may not represent an item's physical weight. The total delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout.

4. Delivery Areas & Surcharges
We deliver across the UK. Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland and Scotland are subject to the surcharge rates shown above due to courier restrictions.
5.. Delivery Areas & Regional Restrictions
We deliver standard items up to 40,001g across the entire UK.
- Heavy Item Restrictions: Due to courier transit constraints, we do not ship heavy or bulky items over 40,001g to Northern Ireland, Scotland, or the Isle of Man. Our checkout system is programmed to restrict orders exceeding 40,001g for these destinations.
- Administrative Adjustment: If an order for an item exceeding 40,001g bypasses checkout filtering for offshore islands (such as the Isle of Man), our team will contact you immediately. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any heavy freight orders that our specialist 2-man couriers cannot physically deliver.
- Postcode Exclusions: Our specialist 2-man delivery service is strictly unavailable to the following postcodes: BT (all), HS (all), IM (all), IV26–99, KA27, KA28, KW (all), PA15–78, PH19–50, ZE (all).

6. Multi-Item Orders
If you order items from different collections, they may be dispatched from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages on different days. You will only ever be charged the shipping fee shown at checkout.
6. Missed Deliveries
For large furniture items, a delivery date will be agreed in advance with the courier. If you are not home during the agreed window, a re-delivery fee may be charged by the courier, which will be passed on to you.
